Celebrating our Cohort 3 Graduates!

It was a heartwarming end to the year as we wished congratulations and farewell to our June-December 2024 GoodWork Graduates last week. This graduation day marked the end of our third cohort of the GoodWork programme, and we couldn’t be prouder.

We invited our volunteers, partners and friends to celebrate with us at our final cohort day, hosted by PPL, and had a wonderful time reflecting on the journeys and successes of our participants. Their dedication, hard work and passion has shone throughout the last 6 months and it has been a joy to watch them flourish professionally.

Not only are we celebrating 11 of our young people already transitioning into long term employment, but the huge increase in confidence we’ve seen from each and every one of them. Our graduate panel was a wonderful testament to how far they’ve come and the feedback from our mentors confirmed how impressive their development throughout the programme has been.

This was by far our biggest celebration to date and we are thrilled to see how the time and energy of our team, volunteers, partners and young people has manifested in such amazing growth for the GoodWork programme. We are incredibly grateful to everyone involved and can’t wait to support more young people throughout the new year and beyond.
