GoodWork launches its first Early Careers Programme

On 23 January, the very first cohort of GoodWork’s Early Careers Programme was launched, generously hosted by our friends at Uncommon.

We welcomed eight young people from across London to our two week training and onboarding programme, where we worked on building essential transferable skills, including problem solving, growth mindset, communication and resilience. Training was delivered by members of our team, as well as guest facilitators including Steph from The Social Shift, Preethi from Possible Ground, Ellie Westgarth-Flynn and Michelle from Career Invest.
