GoodWork is a non-profit, delivering pioneering programmes that connect employers with talent, engage teams to deliver social impact and empower the next generation. We support young people who face systemic barriers to access the training and opportunities they need to transition successfully into the workforce.

We find talented young people from diverse backgrounds who are typically screened out of opportunities, because employers struggle to assess potential rather than past success. Our programme trains, supports and places entry-level candidates in roles with inclusive employers who know the strength that diversity brings.
