GoodWork is a non-profit, supporting young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to access the training, support and access they need to succeed, and working with employers to create fairer opportunities for marginalised communities.
We find talented young people from diverse backgrounds who are typically screened out of opportunities, because employers struggle to assess potential rather than past success. Our programme trains, supports and places entry-level candidates in roles with inclusive employers who know the strength that diversity brings.
